Attend with Confidence
Through a unique hybrid event, IBPA Publishing University 2022 attendees will participate in general education sessions over 2 days of virtual programming on the Attendify event platform (April 20-21, 2022) and/or in-person events at the Renaissance Orlando on Sea Harbor Drive in Orlando, Florida (April 29-30, 2022).
IBPA is monitoring COVID-19 and may adjust in-person attendance requirements as necessitated by CDC, public health, and Florida government guidelines. As of August 1, 2021, Florida law does not allow businesses to require that people provide documentation certifying COVID-19 vaccination or post-infection recovery to gain access to, entry upon, or service from the businesses operating in the state. Even so, IBPA expects our in-person attendees will come fully vaccinated. In addition, IBPA will provide face masks and work with the hotel to arrange proper social distancing.
If Florida law related to providing proof of vaccination changes between now and the conference, IBPA will make vaccination a requirement for all in-person attendees.
